Waste Lithium Ion Battery Equipment Processing Machinery

MINGXIN production line of battery recycling machine adopts hammer crushing, vibration screening and air separation combined process to separate and recycle the positive and negative material of waste lithium battery. The results showed that the positive and negative electrode materials after crushing and screening, copper & aluminum powder in crushed material which size greater than 0.250 mm is 92.4% in grade,the positive and negative material is 96.6% in crushed material which is less than 0.125 mm, all these can be directly recovered; in particle size of crushed material 0.125~0.250 mm, copper, aluminum is in low grade, and they can be effective separation and recovery from cathode materials by air separation; in air separation process, operation flow rate is 1 m/s, the recovery of copper and aluminum reached 92.3%, grade reach 84.4%.Lithium-ion battery.
